What is the deal?

In the past week, I have called two electricians, two beauticians, one painter and NONE of them have called back. I also went to pick up a window that was not finished two days after it was promised.

I started to write this way back when. Like a month ago. Yesterday the window was finally done. And last week I again got the name of a plumber I had called when school was still on. I figured they had forgotten me. I had forgotten them and had to call a friend to get their name again. When I got them, they said, Oh, I just saw your name come up the other day. We should be able to get to you in a couple of weeks. We're scheduling into December already.

Maybe I should retire and go to plumbing school?
